If the return request is due to the potential not working properly and/or being defective, it will be handled on a case-by-case basis. it is essential all original packaging and materials are saved/available, as our replacement team may request these in order to approve your replacement.

  • Refund/Replacement: All returns can take up to 7-10 business days to fully process. Once a return has been made and received, you will receive an email confirmation and a refund back to your original payment method will be issued, which can take anywhere from 24-72 hours to fully process. 

Return To Sender/Undeliverable: We urge our customers to make sure the shipping address entered is up-to-date and a deliverable address. All returns-to-sender due to address mistakes and non-deliverables will incur a 10% restocking fee and a non-refundable shipping cost.
